SHIPMENT POLICY

*General Information*

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and provide you with information on when to expect your order to be available to be shipped.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery/ shipment to addresses in the following areas.

DELIVERY TIME

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3  business days (for orders within the US) of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply send a screenshot of the products you would like to purchase to our business WhatsApp Along With Your Shipping Address For Us To Generate The Cost For You.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

NB* Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

ADDITIONAL FEE DURING SHIPPING

Please Note For International Shipments most times customs clearance may charge a duty fee, this fee may be based on the weight or value of the product that is shipped, every country is different and charges differently. Also, Note  90% of the time you may not be required to pay anything at customs,  if you are please note we are not responsible for any fees, any other fee is the responsibility of the importer (buyer )

Also, we are not aware if a package may attract fees at customs clearance before purchase

 REFUND / RETURN /  EXCHANGE 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or has been delivered incorrectly. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time to fully finalize the decision to provide a replacement as a result of the defect/error. If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product within the next few following days.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 17 days of the invoice date, with the details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

REFUND

All items and payments are non-refundable.

Once payment for your order is made there will be NO REFUND of that order regardless of whatever issue may have occurred for a change of decision.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

To return a damaged item you purchased, please contact us for return to supplier approval before making arrangements.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

BREACH OF POLICIES

We at MTL Physique Kloset Do not tolerate time wasting, nuisance activity nor do we accept the usage of our website by individuals who DO NOT respect our terms and policies.

We advise individuals to consider and finalize their decisions before placing an order here to avoid reaping consequences.  The act of proceeding on our website to breach any of our policies in the event of placing an order/ using our website will result in the Individual who breached any of our policies, being subjected to pay a Breach fee of $500 USD

This fee will be deducted from user's card  within 1 business day after that order was placed, Breacher will be notified via email.

WHAT ACTS ARE CONSIDERED AS BREACHING

*- Filing dispute/chargebacks after the order was already placed.

*-Placing an order on our website then requesting to cancel the order.

*-Telling any form of lies to the bank in an effort to get a chargeback.

*-Filing complaints that are untrue due to one's impatience.
